CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 6 Tbs. cocoa
  • 3 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine in a bowl the sugar, flour, cocoa and soda. Add the mayonnaise/salad dressing, water and vanilla. Beat everything together.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13" pan for 40-45 minutes.
For frosting, use the frosting listed with the Chocolate Cherry cake.
