Ingredients
- 1 (12oz)can tomatillos, chopped
- 2 (14oz) diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 C. Tomato paste
- 1 t. Cumin
- 1/4 t. White pepper
- 2 (15 oz) can white beans, cannellini, rinsed and drained
- 2 chicken breast, cooker and chopped or shredded
- 1 C. Beer or chicken broth
- 1/2 t. Tabasco
Preparation
Step 1
Combine tomatillos through pepper in large saucepan. Bring to simmer and cook 30 minutes. Add beans, chicken, and beer and cook 30 minutes. Stir in tobacco. Makes 10 cups or 6 servings.
