Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp oil - Tortellini
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ red pepper finely chopped
- ¼ cup cream
- 2 slices bacon
- 300 g pumpkin
- Toasted pine nuts
- 1 cup chicken stock
- Chives

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon until crisp. Fry onion, garlic, pepper until soft. Add pumpkin and chicken stock. Cook until tender. Puree in food processor with cream. Cook Tortellini until tender. Cover with sauce. Top with bacon, pine nuts and chives
