Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken chunks
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • Franks Red Hot

Preparation

Step 1

Drain chicken chunks. Place into crock pot and use fork to cut up into more shredded pieces. Place softened cream cheese into pot. Mix well until cream cheese is blnded smoothly into mixture. The amount of franks red hot depends on who is eating it. Some like it spicier than other. Pour in desired amount, mix well, and tasate with tasting spoon. If you need mroe spice, add more. If you find it is too spicy, you can add more cheese. After mixture is blended well, leave in crock pot on warm until warmed through and ready to serve. Typically it takes 20-30 minutes to completely warm. Continually stir to make sure it doesn't harden on the sides.
