Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

• 1 c crunchy peanut butter
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 2 c rice krispies cereal
• a cup confectioners sugar
• 1 package(140z) chocolate candy coating
• 2 tbsp shortening
• white candy coating

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine peanut butter & butter, add rice Krispies & sugar, mixing well, roll into ball using 1tsp of mixture, set aside.
In a top double boiler, over hot water melt chocolate coating & shortening, dip each peanut butter ball in coating & place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet, drizzle w/melted white coating, refrigerate until firm, place in small candy paper
