Creamy Bacon & Tomato Pasta

  • 3 cups whole wheat pasta uncooked
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 can {19 fl oz} italian style diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 125 g {1/2 of 250 g pkg} light brick cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp 100% parmesan light grated cheese

Step 1

Cook pasta as directed on package.

Meanwhile combine next 5 ingredients in med pot and cook 3 min or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Drain pasta, place in large bowl. Add sauce, mix lightly. Sprinkle with parmesan.
