Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
- 2 c. herb stuffing
- 1 c. grated Parmesan
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- Few drops of lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Form into walnut size balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
Bake frozen for 20-25 minutes at 350º.
