  • 2 TBSP LIGHT CORN SYRUP
  • 2 1/2 CUPS FINELY CRUSHED VANILLA WAFERS
  • 1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED TOASTED WALNUTS

Step 1

SIFT TOGETHER 1 CUP CONF SUGAR,COCOA POWDER
& ALLSPICE - STIR IN RUM AND SYRUP - STIR IN
VANILLA WAFERS AND WALNUTS,MIX WELL

PUT IN FRIG TO FIRM UP - ABOUT 30 MINS.

PLACE REMAINING 1/2 CUP SUGAR IN SHALLOW BOWL -

PRESS CHOCOLATE MIXTURE INTO 1 INCH BALLS -

ROLL IN CONF SUGAR TO COAT

PLACE ON COATED BAKE SHEET AND REFRIGERATE
OVER NIGHT - STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINERS
