Easy Chicken Casserole   (Sandy Repczynski) 0 Picture


  • 1 small package Arnold's Seasoned Stuffing Mix
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 package frozen french style green beans
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 can mushroom soup mixed with 1 1/2 can chicken broth, boullion or water
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup warm water



Step 1

Butter the casserole and put 1/2 the stuffing (dry) in the bottom layer. Then layer as follows:

Chicken, green beans, mushrooms.

Then pour in soup mixture - toss remaining stuffing mix with butter and warm water and put on top of casserole.

Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
