Easy Chicken Casserole (Sandy Repczynski)
- 1 small package Arnold's Seasoned Stuffing Mix
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 package frozen french style green beans
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup mixed with 1 1/2 can chicken broth, boullion or water
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup warm water
Butter the casserole and put 1/2 the stuffing (dry) in the bottom layer. Then layer as follows:
Chicken, green beans, mushrooms.
Then pour in soup mixture - toss remaining stuffing mix with butter and warm water and put on top of casserole.
Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
