Coleslaw a la Shannon Bailey

When your Dad (Russ Galdes) and I (Cheryl Costigan) lived in Idaho Falls, ID when you kids were little, we had some friends named Shannon and "Beetle" Bailey. (Beetle was a lot like your Dad). This is Shannon's recipe - and Chris Costigan loved it!

Ingredients

• Coleslaw
• Marukkan rice vinegar
• Sugar
• Fat-free Miracle Whip
• Apples
• Peanuts
• Raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix rice vinegar, sugar and Miracle Whip. Add to coleslaw and mix. Add apples, peanuts and raisins and mix. Serve cold.
