CREAMY CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 small container whipping cream
  • 1 large can mushroom pieces, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Put the chicken breasts in a glass baking dish. Cover with the mushroom pieces and top with 3/4s of the whipping cream. Bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes. Add the rest of the whipping cream and bake another 10 minutes. Serve over rice, noodles or a baked potato.
