Pizza Pepperoni Pizza Casserike

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 lg. onion, chopped
  • 1 med. green pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 8 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded pizza double cheese, divided
  • l (3 1/2 oz.) package sliced pepperoni

Preparation

Step 1

Combine gound beef, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in large Dutch oven over medium heat.
Cook, stirring until meat crumbles and browns, drain well. Stir in pizza sauce, garlic salt, macaroni, and
1 c. cheese.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11x7x1 1/2 inch baking dish; arrange pepperoni over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated; sprinkle with remaing 1/2 c. cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes
