Barbecue Bible Russian Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 1 1 cup mayonnaise, preferably Hellmann’s (or Best Foods)
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chili sauce or ketchup
• 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish

Place the mayonnaise, chili sauce, and pickle relish in a bowl and whisk to mix.
