Pork Roast (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, slivered
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Rub pork with salt and pepper. Make tiny slits on meat and insert slivers of garlic. Put 1 slice onion in bottom of slow cooker. Add pork roast, remaining onion, and other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 5 hours.

NOTE: May mix 1 can tomato sauce, 3/4 cup soy sauce, 3/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons ground mustard and pour over roast.
