Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 1/3 C. nonfat strawberry or vanilla yogurt
- 2 c. fat free cool whip
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced. reserve 1 strawberry for garnish
- 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
1) tear cake into 3/4" pieces. layer half each of cake pieces, yogurt, cool whip, straberries and kiwis; repeat
2) sprinkle with almonds and garnish with strawberry
3) refrigerate at least 2 hours til firm
