HERBED SPINACH BAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, squeezing out excess liquid. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 13 x 9” baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more or until set.
