Balsamic Herb Chicken

Ingredients

  • * 6 Each Tyson Chicken Breasts
  • * Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
  • * 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
  • * 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • * 1 Onion, thinly sliced
  • * 1 Can Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 oz.
  • * 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • * 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, chopped
  • * 1 Tablespoon Oregano, dried
  • * 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
  • * 1 1/2 Teaspoons Fresh Thyme, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet with lid. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Sauté garlic and onion for 2 minutes. Add chicken breasts and quickly sear on both sides.

Pour tomatoes and balsamic vinegar over chicken; add basil, oregano, rosemary and
thyme. Cover with lid and simmer until chicken is no longer pink, about 12-15 minutes, until
internal temperature reaches 180°F.
