Green and White Dip for Jays Potato Chips
- 3 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon onion juice or grated onion
Cream Ingredients until throughly mixed and soft. Use a fork or electric mixer. Add cream to make a "dunking" consistency (serve so chips can be easily "dunked" in the spread). Add onion and horseradish (more or less may be added to suit the taste). Sprinkle the top of spread with chopped chives or parsley flakes as garnsih. Place bowl of spread in the center of a large attractive platter and surround wiht Jays Potato Chips.
