Ingredients

  • 1 large fresh mango, chopped
  • 1 or 2 jalapeño chile peppers, seeds and membranes removed and finely diced
  • 1 small clove of garlic, crushed fine with 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 large red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 large red onion, finely diced xtra small
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lime(1/8 cup maybe)

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and chop mango, remove seeds and membrane from peppers
(wear gloves) chop fine, dice pepper and onion in small pieces, and add this with the crushed garlic.
Fold together.
Add lime juice and stir well again, refrigerate for a couple of hours so the flavor sinks in.
