Chi Chi's Beef Chimichanga

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef, Ground-lean
  • 1/4 cup Onions
  • 3 clove Garlic, Whole
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Salsa
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seed
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0 tsp Salt
  • 6 Flour Tortilla - 6
  • 12 oz refried beans, canned
  • 3 cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz Diced Green Chilies
  • 1 cube Beef Bouillon
  • 3/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef, drain & add seasonings & 1/2 cup water. simmer for 5 minutes.
Sauce:
mix chilies, beef bouillon, onion pwdr, garlic pwdr in sauce pan & bring to a boil. Reduce about 1/2. Then stir in water & cornstarch.
