Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 c butter
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 T orange extract
- 2 2/3 c flour
- Orange zest
- sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Topping: Mix orange zest with sugar.
Cookie: Cream butter, extract and sugar at high speed until light in color. Beat 2 minutes at low speed. Split into two and roll into logs. Refridgerate 2 hours. Slice and plae on cookie sheet. Top with sprinkle of topping mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 11-13 minutes.
