Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup salsaa
- 2 medium plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can 2 1/4 oz. sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Place tortillas on two ungreased baking sheets; spread with beans. Layer with salsa, tomatoes, chilies, green pepper, onion, olives, and cheese. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
