Ingredients

  • 4 Tbl butter
  • 1 Tbl flour
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbl chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup half & half
  • 2 Tbl lemon juice
  • 2 tsp capers

Preparation

Step 1

Reduce wine and broth in a sauce pan by 1/2.
reduce heat to low and add garlic/capers/lemon juice, cook for 2-3 min
then whisk in flour until smooth and begins to thicken.
Add butter 1 Tbl at a time until incorporated into sauce.
