- 12 ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained and diced
- 3 TBSP fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tsp Fresh thyme, chopped
- 3 TBSP hot pepper jelly
- Pinch salt
- 1 scallion thinly sliced
