This recipe came from a lady from the church, Jan Boulted. She was a dear, sweet, gentle, God loving person and a wonderful friend. And a terrific cook also.

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick butter (melted)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all but butter and pour in baking dish. Melt butter and pour over mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
