Dipping sauces

Ingredients

  • Plum Sauce
  • 1 cup plum jam
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp wine vinegar
  • Ginger Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • Hot Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all plum sauce ingredients. Refrigerate ahead of time (allows flavors to mix). Bring to room temperature to serve


Ginger sauce: just mix everything together



For Mustard Sauce: Mix all together; let sit at least 30 minutes to blend.
