Blackberries Tart

You can make this delicious tarta with freeze or fresh blackberries

Ingredients

• 150 grs. butter
• 2 large eggs
• 3/4 cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1 cup of plain flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
• 300 grs. blackberries of raspberries
• or apples, plums,peaches.
• Caster sugar to sprinkle

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven at 180° (medium)
In a bowl beat the butte and sugarr until is smooth and add the eggs one for one.
Add the vanilla.
Stir well.
Finally add the flour and the baking powder mixing all.
The dough will be soft .
Greased a spring form cake pan about 28 cm. round.
With a tablespoon spread the dough over the mold. Over the dough put the blackberries or other fruits.
and sprinkle with caster sugar.
Bake by 10 minutes until the dough to rise.and cover part of the fruits.An then bake by 20 minutes more.
Retire from the oven and let cool.
