Ingredients
- 1 small container of lime or raspberry sherbet
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed mil
- 12 oz Cool Whip

Preparation
Step 1
Line loaf pan with aluminum foil. Spread sherbet in loaf pan 1/2" to 3/4" thick. Beat cream cheese, and blend in lemon juice and sweetend condensed milk. Fold in Cool Whip and pour over sherbet. Put in freezer for 2-4 hours.
Take out pan 5 minutes before serving. Turn pan upside down on plate and cut to serve.
