Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes (no sugar added)
- Stevia to taste
- 1 Tbl. Italian seasoning
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and garlic in a non-stick skillet. Add the remaining
ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
Note: Add ground
beef or ground turkey and serve over brown rice pasta (phase 1 only).
