Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
- 3 cups Flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar, salt and butter. Beat egg yolk, whites and extracts into mixture until light and fluffy. Gradually stir flour into mixture. Force dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes or until light brown around edges.
