Ingredients
- 1 box moist white cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups sparkling wine
- 1/3 c vegetable oil
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 can whipped white frosting or make cream cheese icing

Step 1
Line mini muffin cups with paper liners and preheat oven to 350°.
In mixing owl, combine cake mix, wine, oil, and egg whites.
Beat on low speed until combined. Divide batter in cups ad bake for 15 minutes and cool completely before icing.
