CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 2 C cooked chicken, chopped
  • 4 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 C cooked rice (cook in broth)
  • 1 1/2 C chopped celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • buttered bread cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Place mixture in buttered 9" x 13" casserole dish. Refrigerate over night. Remove from refrigerator one hour before baking. Place buttered bread cubes on top and bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
