Herbal Vinegar

  • Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Take your liquor or wine bottle and soak it in a sink full of hot soapy water with one teaspoon of bleach. Wash it with a baby bottle cleaner then rinse thoroughly.

Clean your fresh herbs and then put them into the bottle.

Fill the bottle with vinegar, leaving about an inch of the neck empty.

Cork or cap the bottle, then leave it in a sunlit window for a week.
