Ingredients

  • 1 can Artichoke hearts (unmarinated)- quartered
  • 1 lb Tortellin- cooked according to package directions, cooled
  • 1 can large pitted whole black olives
  • 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 pkg. cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 large mozerella ball - cut into pieces
  • Italian Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

On skewers, place tortellini, artichoke hearts, olives, pepperoni to fill up most of the skewer. Place skewers in pan or plastic bag. Drizzle with Italian dressing. Marinate for 8 hours or more, turning occasionally. Right before serving, skewer tomatoes and mozerella. Place on a pretty plate and serve. Sprinkle with dried basil.
