Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except flour.
Salt and pepper to taste. Whisk well. Fold in flour until consistency of custard. Let stand for at least 2 hours at room temperature. Pour hot drippings from roast into square pan. Whisk mix again and pour into pan Cook on top shelf of 425F oven for 20 minutes.
Note: Muffin pans can be used if individual puddings are desired.

15 minutes @ 425 Convection Bake in Cuisnart Convection Oven. Yields perfect results.
