Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Filling:
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Melt butter. Add crumbs, sugar and vanilla. Press
mixture into 9 inch pie plate. Bake 8 minutes. Cool.

In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, milk, lemon juice
and vanilla together until smooth. Pour into crust.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or until set. Top with
cherries or blueberries before serving.
