Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pds ground pork
  • 2 plus pds of cabbage
  • 1/2 C scallions
  • 4 - 6 scramble eggs
  • 1 pack egg roll skins
  • 2 C corn oil
  • 2 TBL soy sauce
  • 2tsp corn starch
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 TBL soy sauce
  • 1 TBL corn starch
  • 2 TBL water

Preparation

Step 1

heat 2 TBL of oil stir fry pork
seperate pan,
1 TBL of oil and mix eggs
in pork pan - remove pork - add 2 TBL of oil - fry cabbage, onions
mix 3 tsp sugar and 1 TBL of soy sauce, add scramble eggs, and pork.

keep mixing till well blended.

2 - 3 scoops into skins - roll

partial fry and drain -
