Ingredients
- 18 croissants
- 2 (10-oz.) pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 1 (2-oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
- 1 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Defrost spinach. Drain and squeeze all moisture out. Mix softened cream cheese with mayonnaise and blend well. Add spinach, dressing, green onions, and water chestnuts. Refrigerate overnight. Split croissants and fill. Cut into 3 wedges.
