GLAZED CEREAL

Ingredients

• 1 - 12 oz. box Crispix Cereal
• 1 cup walnuts
• 1 cup pecans
• 1 cup cashews
• 1 cup peanuts
• 6 oz. pkg pretzel sticks
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 sticks butter/margerine
• 1/2 cup Karo syrup
• 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together in bowl and set aside. In 3 quart sauce pan combine 2 cup brown sugar, 2 sticks butter/margerine, 1/2 cup Karo syrup, and 1 tsp. salt.
Bring to a good boil, add 1 tsp soda. It will foam up. Stir constantly. Pour over cereal. Mix well, microwave for 6 minutes on high, stirring every 2 minutes.
