Ingredients
- Pork chops
- 2 cans pinto beans
- sofrito..small jar
- 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- onion powder
- cumin
- S & P
Preparation
Step 1
Brown chops in small amount of oil. Set aside.
Heat all ingredients. Dice pork, add. Simmer 10 min. Serve with eggs and rice.
Prepare the eggs....beat until well blended. Pour into hot oil.
Place on plate, top with rice, and bean mixture.
