Ingredients

  • 8 oz medium egg noodles
  • 2 1/2 qts boiling water
  • 1 T cooking oil (optional)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 10 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C yogurt
  • 1/4 C chopped green onion
  • 7 oz flaked tuna, drained
  • 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 oz sliced mushrooms with juice
  • 1/3 C sliced green pimiento stuffed olives (I leave these out)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 C grated medium Cheddar cheese
  • Paprika, sprinkle

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles in boiling water, cooking oil and first amount of salt in uncovered Dutch oven until tender but firm, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Meanwhile, combine next 8 ingredients together in large bowl. Drain noodles and add them to mixture.
Mix. Turn into greased casserole.
Spread cheese over top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake covered in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes
Remove cove and bake 10 minutes more to brown
