Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 to 4 tablespoons low-fat ilk
- 2 tablespoons sugar or Splenda
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Slaw:
- 8 cups shredded green and red cabbage
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 3 green onions, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1. To make the dressing, in a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mil, sugar, celery seed, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
2. For the slaw, in a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, and onion. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss well to coat.
3. Cover and place in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
