• 1 cooked 9-inch pie crust
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tbl cornstarch
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup boiling water
• 2 tbl strawberry jello mix
• 1 qt fresh strawberries, halved

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Pour into boiling water in medium pan. Cook until thickened. Add jello mix and let cool slightly. Fill pie shell with strawberries. Pour sauce over berries and refrigerate until congealed.
