3 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2/3 cup water
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. soda
Mix the sugar, eggs, oil, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and water in a bowl. Add pumpkin and mix well. Stir in the flour and soda. Place in a well greased loag pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. If making muffins, cook for 30 minutes.
