MACARONI AND CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. macaroni
  • 1/2 lb. (minimum) County Line Colby cheese, grated
  • 1 pkg. saltine crackers
  • Can of evaporated milk
  • Butter/Margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the macaroni according to the directions on the box. Then several layers of the ingredients in the following order: noodles, cheese, crackers, butter, noodles, etc. Pour the can of evaporated milk over all the layers.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
