Ingredients

  • 8 LBS of potatoes
  • 2 stick margine
  • 2 C shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 small sour cream
  • 1 finely chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

Melt Marg
pore over potatoes
spread sour cream
salt & pepper

mix gently

mix most cheese - leave some for the top

bake 40 minutes

pre heat oven 350'

PREP POTATOES:

Boil potatoes firmer than potatoes salad - cool off in refrig.
