Ingredients
- 8 LBS of potatoes
- 2 stick margine
- 2 C shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 small sour cream
- 1 finely chopped onion
Preparation

Melt Marg
pore over potatoes
spread sour cream
salt & pepper
mix gently
mix most cheese - leave some for the top
bake 40 minutes
pre heat oven 350'
PREP POTATOES:
Boil potatoes firmer than potatoes salad - cool off in refrig.
