Crispy Parmesan Chicken Strips 0 Picture


  • 1 1/2 cups season croutons, crushed
  • 1 1/2 oz. fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 lb. boneless,skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 3 breast halves)
  • 1/4 cup prepared lite ranch dressing


Servings 4


Step 1

Preheat oven to 450. Crush croutons in plastic bag. Grate parmesan cheese. Combine crouton crumbs, cheese, parsley, and garlic salt. Whisk egg whites adn water. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture to coat evenly. Arrange on 13" round baking stone. Bake 14-16 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center. Serve with dressing.
