Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tbsp margarine, melted. (or water)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking dish with Pam spray.

Dip the chicken in the melted margarine (or water). Combine the remaining ingredients and cover the chicken with the crumb mixture. Place in a baking dish and bake uncovered for 25 – 30 minutes or until golden.
