Ingredients

  • 2 T instant latte or vanilla cappuccino mix
  • 3/4 C boiling water
  • 1 T chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 C Land O Lakes half and half
  • 1-2 drops peppermint extract
  • whipped light cream
  • Crushed candy canes

Preparation

Step 1

Place latte mix in a large coffee mug. Slowly stir in water, chocolate syrup, half and half and peppermint extract. Garnish with whipped cream and candy cane.
