Ingredients
- pound package powdered sugar
- 1 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk 2 cups shredded coconut
- 2 to 3 drops red food coloring
Preparation
Step 1
For the frosting, beat sugar, marshmallow cream, butter and vanilla extract with an electric mixer. Add in milk as needed until it is a frosting consistency.
